License deactivation

In the case tht you move to another computer or another version of Windows and want to use Tagging for Windows again you can deactivate your license and activate it again afterwards.

Shared Tagging via Cloud and/or LAN

You can share tags per Tag Group on multiple channels. For instance if you share tags on a LAN, you can also share the same tags via a Cloud Service (like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, ICloud, etc.).. So, working at home and working at the office will therefore seamlessly being integrated. Working with sharing is made as easy as 'Share' and 'Join'.

Convert database from version 1,2 or 3 to version 4

Due to the new database structure in version 4, the data needs to be converted. The conversion is a special kind of export that will create a .tfx file which can be imported. Pleas follow the steps for a succesfull conversion.

Convert your data from version 1,2 or 3 to version 4

Uninstall previous version of Tagging for Windows. YOUR DATA WILL BE KEPT! After installing version 4 run the conversion program. See: C:\Program Files\Connect Software\Tagging for Windows\Connect.Conversion ATTENTION: take care that all drives where Tag Groups reside are available. The conversion program will create a .tfx file. Import this .tfx file with our Import program. How to activate your license

In the navigation pane of the Windows File Explorer select the Tagging node . Open the context menu and choose License and in the sub-menu select License activation. The Activate License dialog is opened and you can enter your activation key.
